BIGGER AND BETTER BRANCH FOR KARIBIB

With the start of the New Year, Agra is looking forward to celebrate another huge milestone, the opening of a new retail branch in Karibib. The new branch will officially open its doors on Friday, 24 February 2016, where the entire public is expected to enjoy convenient shopping in the new retail space.

Tobie Barlow, Agra’s General Manager of Retail and Wholesale noted that the new branch was constructed in response to numerous requests for a bigger branch. “Our customer’s convenience is important to us and that’s why we are opening the new Karibib branch. This branch provides more space, ensuring that our clients enjoy the excellent customer service they have become accustomed to,” he proudly said.

The new Agra Karibib branch offers sufficient retail area of 1,000 m² consisting of shelves, cashiers and administration offices; cement store of 98 m²; salt store of 36 m² and a newly constructed receiving cage of 30 m². The Agra Karibib continues to reach out to all communities, by providing nationwide services and comprehensive product ranges, including building materials, hardware, water equipment, fertilizers, household and consumer goods. The DIY and Safari Den product lines have been added to the product offering at this brand new branch.

Paul Freyer, Agra Karibib Branch Manager could not hold back his excitement about the new retail outlet. He said, “We are ready to serve our clients and very excited to be part of this bigger and better branch. We pledge to provide customers with reliable, high quality products, superior service and real value for money.” When asked about what clients can expect when they enter the new branch, he said, “Clients can look forward to retail store full of wide-ranging products, exceptional customer service, building supply delivery, expert advice and competitive pricing. Furthermore, there is free spacious parking space.”

Agra Retail offers agriculture products and services, and household goods on a retail basis for the Namibian public through widespread branches countrywide. Mr Barlow concluded by saying that Agra’s sustainability is due to constantly adapting the company to the changing agricultural and business environment. “Through Agra’s diversified range of products and services, Agra becomes increasingly important to a larger and more diversified client base. We will continue to expand our services countrywide to meet the growing demand of customers,” he proudly said.
