Agra’s new financial system goes live

Agra Limited has reached yet another milestone when we, on Monday the 31st of July, went live with our new business management software solution, Sage X3, across all our branches countrywide.
Sage X3 is an enterprise business management software suite that includes functions for financial management, sales, customer service, distribution, inventory, and manufacturing.

“Our operations have expanded to such an extent over the past few years, that it became obvious that we needed a faster, more flexible and simpler system to streamline our business processes, ensure data accuracy, integrate business functions and improve our efficiency overall.

We are confident that the Sage X3 system will do just that, enabling us to drive efficiency across all our financial and operational processes providing our customers, nationwide, with better service and cost effective product solutions; supporting our vision of creating a better life, for all Namibians” said Arnold Klein, Chief Executive Officer, Agra Limited.

Further, with the new financial system, our customers are advised that the layout of your invoice and statement will change as from this date. For more information, please refer to our previous editions of the Agra Ring, available on our website. Also, because of the system implementation, branch operations might be slower for the first few days.
