The
AGRA Weaner Calf sales during
the months July and August offer buyers the unique opportunity to
invest in superior genetics both for feedlot operations or growing
out under ranching conditions.
Approximately 50 % of the 12 000 weaners for sale are exported to
feedlots in South Africa.
During these events weaner calf producers may enter into competitions
to determine superior genetics. Judging is based on criteria of economic
importance.
Weaners are also available throughout the year in smaller numbers. |
