| OUR PROPERTY |

The Farm Lichtenstein West is situated some 30km south-west of the capital Windhoek.
The landscape is hilly with high mountains, a wide variety of grasses, shrubs
and trees. The average rainfall per year is 350 mm with occasional severe frost
in the winter. The Simmentaler stud is kept free ranging with weekly camp rotation
under these conditions. Only minerals are supplemented throughout the year. |

| STUD HISTORY |
The Lichtenstein Stud is one of the oldest Simmentaler studs in Namibia. It originates
from Simmental cattle imported from Germany in 1895. The present owners are the
third generation in the family tending the stud. |
