The stud, founded in the 1940's and managed by
Piet Jacobs since 1956, includes on average 700 female animals which are complemented
with a commercial Flowck of 2000 ewes.
The latter is used effectively for the progeny testing of young rams before they
are put over the stud ewes.

MANY NATIONAL CHAMPION RAMS AND EWES WERE PRODUCED IN THIS STUD OVER THE YEARS.

Breeding material is made available throughout
the year and also at the annual auction on the farm Louisenhof - 63km south-east
of Mariental in Witbooisvlei road.
